Our recent family getaway at the Castillo was memorable. Nestled in a striking gorge, we enjoyed watching eagles soar above from our characterful and comfortable room. The excellent shower room was a hit with the kids after a long day exploring. We visited in early spring, so we missed out on the summer facilities, but the hiking trails nearby had us all excited. We spent hours trekking, taking in the stunning views and even stumbled upon ancient ruins—a delightful surprise for a history buff like myself. The family-friendly atmosphere was evident, making it easy for us to relax while the kids enjoyed roaming freely. It certainly served as a great base for our adventures in this beautiful part of Greece. Highly recommend for families looking for a bit of nature and culture!
